Steve Wheeler

Steve Wheeler is President of The Wheeler Group Inc., a health care consulting company with a wide variety of clients that include health plans, medical groups, employer groups and health care technology companies. The group’s clients receive a number of products and services that improve clinical quality while lowering overall costs of care.

Steve has an in-depth knowledge of health care work flow processes that affect both the financial and the clinical aspects of organizations.  His years of experience in the health care industry has provided him with a unique understanding of the technical and financial connectivity between patients (consumers) and providers (care givers) and payers (insurers/employers) within the very complicated health care industry. 

He has been a Founder, has served as President or CEO of a number of companies and has held management positions in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.

Steve graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science, and completed Graduate Work in the University’s MBA Program. He and his family live in Laguna Beach, California.

Dr. Michael T. Kazamias, M.S., D.P.M.

Dr. Michael T. Kazamias is an expert in the delivery of telehealth services for chronic condition management. He has founded and managed multiple specialty physician networks deploying novel uses of telemedicine to meet the needs of patients nationwide. He assists his clients with the implementation of new products and services into health care delivery networks. His significant experience as a researcher, physician, and entrepreneur affords him the valuable insight required to navigate the complexities of the modern medical marketplace.

Scott Flacks

Scott FlacksMr. Flacks, an associate based in the Los Angeles Office, focuses on the firm's practice development and technology delivery efforts. Mr. Flacks has more than 16 years of international strategic and business planning, change implementation, operations management, business process outsourcing, customer care, and leadership management experience.

Previously, Mr. Flacks was Chief Operating Officer for Intermix Media/Alena, a leading network of over 30 web sites providing a compelling array of content to more than 27 million US unique visitors a month. The network's permission-based marketing engine provides in excess of 60 million subscribers with over 35 email newsletters on topics such as entertainment news, animated toons, and games. Intermix was purchased by News Corp in 2006.

Prior to joining Intermix, Mr. Flacks was Executive Vice President at
Epixtar International Contact Center Group, LLC, providing leadership
management to a variety of senior level, project oriented efforts in India,
the Philippines and the United States. Mr. Flacks' responsibilities included all aspects of country management.

Additionally, Mr. Flacks was Director of Operations at TVN Entertainment, a leader in the development of Video On-Demand, Subscription On-Demand and Pay-per-View television. He was responsible for exploring the potential value of new interactive media applications and technologies (television, wireless and streaming), new media technologies and media industry developments including: digital terrestrial television, direct broadcast satellite, personal video recorders, electronic program guides, and addressability.

Mr. Flacks also served as a technical advisor to World Cup Soccer, Women-1995 (Los Angeles) & Men 1998 (France), Crystal Palace FC (England) and The "J" League (Japan).

In addition, Mr. Flacks currently serves on the Board of Directors for Twentieth Century Fox Federal Credit Union and is a Reserve Deputy Sheriff with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
